Near Vision CK Procedure: Eddie Price, Mayor of the City of Mandeville
On a recent Friday morning, Mayor Eddie Price had CK performed by Dr. Dan Caplan at the Caplan Eye Clinic.

Dr. Caplan instills anesthetic eye drops.
 
After a lid separator is gently placed, Dr Caplan prepares to begin the CK procedure.
 
Dr. Caplan begins placing the radio wave applications to Mayor Price’s eye. There is no discomfort at all.
 
Dr. Caplan finishes the CK radio wave applications. No lasers or cutting is involved.
 
Mayor Price immediately sits up and begins reading without glasses.
