"It has been almost 7 months since my LASIK surgery and I am still "amazed" at how great I can see!! I was "so" blind before the surgery, I could not even read my alarm clock in the mornings until I put my glasses on. The clock was on my end table about two feet from my face!! The lenses in my glasses were so thick that nobody could believe they were the "thin lenses"!! Before I had the surgery, I kept telling everyone that I felt like "Dorothy" when she went to see the "Wizard of OZ"!! I am so grateful to Dr. Caplan and "modern technology" that has made it possible for people like me to have the "gift of good eye-sight" that so many people take for granted.
